Please note: Payroll deductions are automatically renewed each July 1. The state of California cannot process one-time payroll deductions. Minimum monthly payroll deduction amount allowable by the State Controller’s Office is $2.

Completing the online payroll form initiates the on-campus process to enroll you in payroll deduction. Please note that it can take up to three (3) pay period cycles for donations to start coming out of your paycheck.
